The approach
Expert consensus is that there's no ideal split of carbohydrate, protein and fat for everyone with diabetes. What helps most is more non-starchy vegetables, fewer added sugars and refined grains, and whole foods — arranged around your preferences.
If you check your glucose, we use those numbers to see how your meals actually affect you, rather than relying on generic food lists.
Food, activity and medication all interact. I coordinate with — never replace — your doctor's advice, and I never change medication.
A line about what you'd like help with is plenty. You'll get available times and current fees before anything is booked.
Usually 45–60 minutes, online or in person in Mumbai. We go through your health, routine and goals.
Built around your food, your kitchen and your week — shared with you digitally.
Shorter check-ins (20–30 minutes) to review progress and fine-tune the plan.

No. Medication decisions stay with your doctor. I help you understand how food affects your readings so you can have better conversations at your appointments.
