Meet Irika
“I believe good nutrition should be practical, enjoyable and sustainable.”
Irika is a clinical dietitian and nutritionist who helps people manage health conditions and feel better through personalised, evidence-based nutrition — without giving up the food and family meals they love.
Whether you're managing a diagnosis, chasing a goal or simply want to feel more like yourself, she'll meet you where you are and build a plan around your real week.
The approach
Nutrition care works best as a conversation that continues — not a one-off appointment. Here's what that looks like.
We talk
Your health history, blood reports, medicines, routine, the food you love and the food you don't. Nothing is too small to mention.
We plan
A plan built around your kitchen, your work hours and your goals — Indian home food first, with room for eating out and festivals.
You learn
The why behind each change, so you can make good choices on your own — reading labels, building plates, handling cravings.
We adjust
Regular check-ins to see what's working, fine-tune what isn't, and keep going when life gets busy.
Client stories
Working with Irika has been a game-changer for me. Not only is the diet tailored to my needs, but it's also realistic, enjoyable, and never boring. She truly listens, gives personal attention, and makes you feel supported every step of the way. Her guidance has helped me build a healthy relationship with food without feeling restricted. I finally feel like I'm on a path that I can stick to long-term. Highly recommended!
Okay so you deserve appreciation for all the hard work you have done for me. I have never been so confident about my body before. I don't have to think about looking really healthy in pictures now, I just flaunt. Of course my skin and hair are doing better than before. I have started reading labels, avoiding junk and sugar, adding cereals and veggies and paneer in my daily diet. Thank you
