How it works

Booking should be the easy part.

No forms, no waiting rooms full of paperwork. Send a message, pick a time, and we take it from there — online or in person.

Two ways to meet

Online

Online video consultations for clients across India and abroad.

  • Video call from home, work or anywhere
  • Plan shared digitally
  • Ideal outside Mumbai or with a busy schedule

In person in Mumbai

In-person sessions are held in Mumbai. The exact location is shared when you book.

  • Face-to-face conversation
  • Family members welcome to join
  • Mix with online follow-ups if that's easier

Helpful to have ready

  • Recent blood reports, if you have them (for example HbA1c, lipid profile, thyroid or vitamin levels)
  • A list of medicines and supplements you take
  • A rough idea of a typical day's eating — a few days of notes or photos is even better
  • Your questions, however small
  • Anyone who cooks for you, if they'd like to join

The approach

Less diet chart. More conversation.

Nutrition care works best as a conversation that continues — not a one-off appointment. Here's what that looks like.

  1. We talk

    Assessment

Your health history, blood reports, medicines, routine, the food you love and the food you don't. Nothing is too small to mention.

  2. We plan

    Personalised planning

A plan built around your kitchen, your work hours and your goals — Indian home food first, with room for eating out and festivals.

  3. You learn

    Education

The why behind each change, so you can make good choices on your own — reading labels, building plates, handling cravings.

  4. We adjust

    Follow-up

Regular check-ins to see what's working, fine-tune what isn't, and keep going when life gets busy.

Booking questions

How do I book a consultation?

Send a WhatsApp message with a line about what you'd like help with. You'll get available times and the current fees before anything is confirmed.

How long is a consultation, and how often will we meet?

The first consultation usually takes 45–60 minutes, and follow-ups 20–30 minutes. Often every ten days or so to begin with, then every fortnight once things are settled. We'll agree on what suits you.

How much does it cost?

Fees depend on the type of consultation and programme. Ask on WhatsApp and you'll get the current fees before you book — there are no surprises.

What should I have ready for my first appointment?

Recent blood reports if you have them, a list of medicines and supplements, and a rough idea of what you eat on a typical day. A few days of food notes help, but aren't essential.

Will I have to give up the foods I love?

No. Plans are built around Indian home food, your preferences and your routine — including eating out, festivals and family meals. The aim is a way of eating you can keep.

Can you plan around vegetarian, vegan or religious food practices?

Yes. Tell me how you eat — vegetarian, eggetarian, vegan, Jain or fasting days — and we plan around it.
